Renting Our Facility

The Carmel Community Playhouse is available for rent.  If your business, school or organizaiton is looking for an affordable venue with plenty of parking and is within walking distance to some of the finest shopping and restaurants in Hamilton County, please consider our facilty.  Rental income goes toward helping fund CCP, a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit arts organization.

Non-Profit Organizations

Local Non-Profit 501(c)(3) organizations are welcome to reserve our smaller meeting room free of charge.  The larger space may be available at a reduced rate.  Please contact us for more information.

Availability

You can check available dates by clicking on our Google Calendar.  Even if something is scheduled for the evening, such as a performance or rehearsal, our board room or the larger meeting room may still be available. Call or email with questions.

Rental Rates (Basic Rental)

• Theatrical Rates are quoted separately on a package basis to include rehearsal/production rental.
• Basic Rental includes tables/chairs and basis sound/lights. Additional needs to be quoted.
• 50% Deposit required to reserve the date. Balance Due three (3) business days prior to event.
